About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our Risk Consulting team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Risk Consulting team within a professional services environment or internal audit team within the higher education and public sector space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading collaborative risk consulting / internal audit teams on a range of internal audit, risk assurance and controls remediation engagements, and effectively communicating outcomes and recommendations to Audit Committees and/or senior executives
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to continually develop the team's capabilities to provide a high level of engagement
  • Working closely with internal teams, as well as clients to identify business development opportunities that will add value to our client's business
  • Staying up to date with the ever-changing regulatory landscape and best practice

Requirements

  • Proven track record working in a Risk / Consulting team within a professional services environment or internal audit team within higher education and public sectors
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically
  • Collaborative and consultative approach to working with diverse stakeholders
  • Professional qualification in CA or equivalent
