Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to assist in the planning and execution of projects across various departments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, and reporting on outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in project planning, coordination, and implementation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports and meeting minutes.
  • Analyze data to inform project decisions and improve future project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile).
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).
