Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Marketing Manager to join our team at ProSpend Software Pty. As a Channel Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing channel marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue through our partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Channel Marketing Plans: Create comprehensive channel marketing plans to support partner growth and achieve lead-generation and revenue targets.
  • Execute Co-Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute co-marketing campaigns with channel partners to drive lead generation and sales.
  • Build Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure successful marketing and sales of our products.
  • Provide Marketing Support: Provide channel partners with the necessary tools, training, and resources to successfully market and sell our products.
  • Monitor Campaign Performance: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
  • Develop Marketing Materials: Develop and distribute marketing materials tailored to the needs of channel partners.
  • Ensure Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency and alignment with the overall brand messaging and positioning.
  • Establish KPIs: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of channel marketing programs.
  • Report Performance: Regularly report on channel marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of channel sales and marketing dynamics, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns, proficiency in HubSpot, analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Goals and Objectives
  • Achieve Revenue Targets: Achieve or exceed revenue targets through effective channel marketing strategies.
  • Increase Partner Engagement: Increase partner engagement and satisfaction by providing exceptional marketing support and resources.
  • Develop Co-Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute high-impact co-marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and sales.
  • Align with Brand Messaging: Ensure all channel marketing activities are aligned with ProSpend Software Pty's brand and messaging.
