About the Role

This Enforcement Investigator opportunity will see you joining a dynamic team responsible for conducting investigations into suspected misconduct.

As an Enforcement Investigator, your primary objective will be to obtain enforcement outcomes through thorough and impartial investigations.

You will have the chance to participate in varied and impactful work, working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work as part of enforcement teams to gather evidence and conduct interviews.
  • Engage in investigation planning and discussions about scope and strategy.
  • Utilise ASIC's evidence management technology to derive insights from data and information.
  • Contribute to the preparation of briefs and provide support to proceedings in courts.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require strong analytical skills, a consultative approach and excellent communication skills.

You should be comfortable working with complex information and possess experience in an investigative or similar role.

  • Degree in commerce, finance, business, criminology or another related discipline.
  • Comfort with large and complex information sets using evidence management software.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for making a positive difference for investors and consumers.
