About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Portfolio Delivery Manager to join our team at Bluefin Resources. As a key member of our Project Management Office (PMO), you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects, leading a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts, and ensuring the successful delivery of regulatory and compliance projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of up to 25 projects over the next 12 months
  • Lead a team of 6-10 Project Managers and Business Analysts
  • Oversee project delivery and act as a point of escalation for the team
  • Work closely with international teams to deliver projects
  • Manage dependencies, overarching portfolio schedules, and timelines
  • Develop and implement project management processes and procedures
Requirements
  • End-to-end Project Management background
  • Background in insurance firms or professional services as a consultant
  • Highly experienced in risk/regulatory/compliance projects, with a focus on operational risk
  • Portfolio/Program Management experience
  • Excellent people leadership skills, with the ability to grow, develop, and mentor a team
  • Proven track record of project delivery
  • Demand management experience
  • Experience across business and tech projects
  • Agile and Waterfall experience, ideally with experience of Agile transformation
