Senior Claims Advocate Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced financial lines claims professional to join our team as a Senior Claims Advocate. This is a full-time, permanent role offering the opportunity to work on complex, high-profile claims within a collaborative and dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will provide detailed coverage analysis and advice on complex, high-profile financial lines claims, including issues of construction, claim characterisation, interpretation, and exclusions. They will conduct urgent reviews and develop tailored claim strategies for media-sensitive, litigated, or high-risk large loss matters requiring immediate action.

The ideal candidate will have a legal degree with 5+ years PQE, preferably with experience in private practice. They will possess proven technical expertise in managing complex, large-scale financial lines insurance claims and be able to independently manage a range of high-value, complex claims while maintaining high-quality customer service.
