The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Senior Analyst to join our high-performing team. As a key member of our Corporate Advisory division, you'll work closely with senior team members and other specialists to deliver exceptional results.

As a Corporate Finance Senior Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to work on a broad range of projects, including valuations, M&A, transaction services, financial modeling, and strategic advisory matters. You'll be responsible for analyzing complex financial data, developing integrated models, and providing expert advice to clients.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • a relevant accounting or commerce degree, ideally CA qualified or working towards
  • 3+ years' experience in valuations, financial modeling, due diligence, and M&A
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial and non-financial data
  • Experience with Excel, particularly building integrated models
  • Ability to manage and progress multiple transactions/assignments concurrently
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to make suggestions and think outside the box
  • Strong attention to detail
