Regional Development Manager

We are seeking an exceptional leader to fill the role of Area Manager.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to empower team performance and productivity, ensuring consistent delivery of commercial returns in line with operational plans.
This includes supporting diverse groups of participants to achieve employment matched to their goals and circumstances.
- This will involve adapting servicing to local requirements and circumstances, innovating service approaches within a framework of evidence-based decision making where the voice of participants and employers is paramount.
About You:
- Tertiary qualifications in areas such as Employment Services, Community Services or other relevant fields are highly desirable.
- Experience leading or delivering an employment or other relevant support service, including advanced barrier management, reverse marketing, placement of candidates into employment and provision of post-placement support and verification, is essential.
- Experience in day-to-day management and coordination of effective teams is also required.
