With the company now entering expansion mode, we are seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to help drive growth across Queensland and beyond. For the right candidate, this role offers a clear pathway to a National Sales Manager position, making it an exciting career-defining move.

You'll be supported with a private office, a dedicated business development assistant to set appointments, and the backing of a respected brand that continues to grow in both government and commercial sectors. With base salary between $90,000 – $120,000, plus residual commissions and ongoing bonuses, the realistic earning potential exceeds $170,000 per year.

The Role

As Regional Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

Identifying, targeting, and winning new commercial cleaning contracts across government and private sectors.

Using a consultative approach to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Quoting on government cleaning tenders and contracts.

Managing and growing a portfolio of clients in line with the company's strategic objectives.

Supporting new contracts from award through to completion, ensuring performance and profitability.

Representing the business as an ambassador of our services, values, and customer-first approach.

You will work closely with the Owner / Managing Director and a small but ambitious team, playing a key role in shaping the company's next stage of growth.

About You

We're looking for a self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and dynamic sales professional who is ready to step into a high-responsibility, high-reward role.

To succeed in this position, you will bring:

Experience in business development and sales, ideally within commercial cleaning or facilities management.

Strong ability to quote and manage government cleaning jobs.

A consultative sales approach and excellent communication skills.

Entrepreneurial drive, persistence, and determination to exceed targets.

High-level business acumen with the ability to understand people, processes, and strategy.

Resilience and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Proficiency in using LinkedIn and modern business development tools to identify and approach key decision-makers.

It would also be highly advantageous if you are able to bring an existing client base or established network.

Responsibilities at a Glance

Conduct independent research to identify and target potential clients.

Build rapport and develop long-term client relationships.

Negotiate and secure contracts that deliver mutual value.

Contribute to continuous improvement and operational strategy.

Visit clients and act as their first point of contact.

Escalate and resolve any issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Conduct regular service reviews to maintain the highest standards.

Represent the company positively and professionally at all times.
