Naked Wines is a global company changing the world, one glass at a time. We are seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring that all inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and accurately
- Assist customers with placing orders, providing product recommendations, and resolving any issues that may arise during the ordering process
- Actively listen to customer feedback and provide appropriate solutions, while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records, including order history, preferences, and interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with product offerings, promotions, and policies in order to provide accurate information to customers
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to help streamline customer service operations

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the consumer goods industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant technology tools
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Passion for wine and a desire to learn about Naked Wines' unique business model and products
