Key Business Partnership Role

Seeking a seasoned HR business partner to collaborate with regional teams across APAC. Based in Sydney, this position will focus on driving business performance and delivering strategic HR solutions for Australia and New Zealand.

  • Design and implement targeted initiatives to support scale and growth, including strategic planning and talent assessment.
  • Provide consultative business partnership and coaching to all levels of the organization.
  • Identify and address team, manager, and organizational development needs, make recommendations, and implement effective solutions.

This role requires a passion for driving business outcomes and delivering impactful HR solutions across various business units and functions.

A full-time, in-office role based in Sydney, requiring 8+ years experience in HR business partnership or equivalent, with strong judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business.

The ideal candidate demonstrates expertise in consulting, coaching, and facilitation, effective communication and critical thinking skills, empathy, and experience driving community-building initiatives.
