About the role:

In this position, you will drive customer service outcomes and fulfill customer requirements through stakeholder engagement, project oversight, and coordination of internal teams.

Your responsibilities include building trust with customers, assisting in solution provisioning and delivery, removing roadblocks, and capturing customer information.

About you:

We seek candidates with previous experience in contract management, SLA reporting, problem-solving, and client relationship building.

You should be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Project toolsets, and/or CRM tools.

Essential:

Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.
