Pricing and Analytics Role Overview

As a key member of our global animal health technology team, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic pricing initiatives that enhance the long-term value of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing pricing strategies across our product portfolio to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to identify and address margin leakage opportunities and optimize sales and marketing approaches.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement data-driven commercial decisions.
  • Conducting in-depth analysis to identify insights and develop forecasting scenarios.
  • Providing coaching and guidance on pricing best practices to ensure a culture of excellence within the organization.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our pricing strategies remain competitive and effective.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar pricing role within a large corporate environment.
  • Strong business analysis skills and experience in data management and analysis.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Economics, or Marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience in defining and implementing pricing strategies.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
