Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-driven revenue strategist to join our commercial team. This role is central to maximizing hotel performance by optimizing occupancy, rates, and overall revenue strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in implementing effective revenue management strategies across multiple properties.
  • Analyze data across distribution channels, providing insights and recommendations to maximize top-line revenue.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to inform pricing and strategy.
  • Deliver reporting and analysis for daily revenue calls and commercial meetings.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-stay/group pricing decisions.
  • Manage and optimize revenue systems, including pricing and channel managers.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and distribution teams to align business objectives.
Requirements
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 18 months' experience as a data analyst, revenue analyst, or similar.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel with excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Experience with revenue management systems and channel managers.
