Senior Contract Administrator Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced contracts administrator to work on large commercial projects.

  • Prepare detailed financial forecasts, monitor budget status, and create cash flow statements
  • Provide input for financial reports to the Management Team
  • Evaluate site supervisory staff understanding of project scope and tender packages
  • Coordinate preparation of tender documentation required for sub-contractor procurement including schedules, scope of works, comparative analysis and recommendations
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and consultants
  • Liaise with client regarding progress claims to Head Contract

To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar field
  • Experience working on large-scale commercial projects
  • Tier 2 or 3 experience in the industry
  • A proven track record of completing multiple projects from start to finish
  • Solid understanding of Australian commercial and legal issues pertaining to head contracts
  • A working knowledge of major building trades
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
