Job Description

As a Senior Contracts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of construction projects. Your expertise in contract management, construction, and legal insights will enable you to effectively manage subcontractors and suppliers, fostering a collaborative and efficient project environment.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with Project Managers on financial activities, reviewing Bills of Quantities, implementing and maintaining financial tools, and processing financial tasks according to the company's financial calendar.

Additionally, you will provide accurate and timely financial reports, submit progress claims promptly, monitor and expedite payments, administer site payments and supplies, and process payments in financial software.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within the commercial construction industry.
  • Experience in large-scale construction projects.
  • Ability to successfully negotiate complex contracts with various stakeholders.
