About the Role

At our organisation, we're seeking dynamic fitness professionals to join our team as Gym Instructors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high levels of customer service and support to our members while also providing personal training services on an as-needs basis.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be knowledgeable about current health and fitness procedures, and have a minimum Cert IV in Personal Training.

The successful candidate will also have current registration with Fitness Australia or Physical Activity Australia, hold a Senior First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, and a valid Working With Children Check. Additionally, they will be able to undergo a police check as part of the employment process.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Knowledge of current health & fitness procedures and practices
  • Personal Training with a variety of different clientele
  • Excellent customer service and well-developed communication skills
  • Minimum Cert IV in Personal Training
  • Current fitness registration with Fitness Australia or Physical Activity Australia
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Valid Working With Children Check

Previous industry experience is highly regarded.
