
Grant Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grants Professional to join our team. As a Grants Professional, you will be responsible for managing grant processes, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with funding body requirements.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in grants administration, preferably within a university central research office, faculty or school-level environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the grants inbox and maintaining a team calendar;
- Preparing post-award reports and serving as a point of contact for researchers;
- Assisting with grant-related communications and supporting the Senior Grants Officer and Senior Research Development Manager as needed;
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure the successful management of grant processes;
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in grants administration, preferably within a university central research office, faculty or school-level environment;
- Comprehensive understanding of compliance and reporting standards in grants contexts, including budget review processes;
- Strong organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple complex deadlines across Australian and international funding schemes;
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to effectively liaison with researchers, funding bodies and internal teams;
- Meticulous attention to detail essential for conducting compliance checks, budget reviews and post-award reporting accuracy;
