
Regional Grants Coordinator

**Job Summary:**
The NSW Government seeks skilled Case Managers to join the Regional Delivery team based in the Northern Rivers or Central West Region.
These roles involve planning, prioritising and managing a caseload of DRG applicants. Additionally, staff will report potential complaints and/or appeals to the Manager DRG Program Delivery.
As a key member of our team, you will facilitate consultations with grant recipients and other stakeholders to collect and collate grant and funding program information. You will also communicate with key stakeholders and coordinate working groups, committees, and consultations to facilitate exchange of information and support project completion in line with project plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prioritise and manage a caseload of DRG applicants
- Report potential complaints and/or appeals to the Manager DRG Program Delivery
- Facilitate consultation with grant recipients and other key stakeholders to support the collection and collation of grant and funding program information
- Communicate with key stakeholders and coordinate working groups, committees, and consultations to facilitate exchange of information and support project completion in line with project plans
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or an equivalent amount of experience
- Proven experience managing grants within the NSW
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Benefits:
- Pays up to $48.25 p/h + super (7.6hr a day)
- Initial contract until 30.06.24 (opportunities for extensions)
