Job Title: Payroll Finance Coordinator

The Payroll and Finance role is responsible for managing the accounting function of the school including general ledger payroll processing reconciliations and monthly reporting.

  • Process end-to-end payroll tax and superannuation calculations and payments.
  • Prepare monthly quarterly and year-end financial statements as well as accounts payable bookkeeping and administrative tasks.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Proven work experience in a payroll or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and accounting software.
  • Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors.

This is a full-time position with remuneration based on the current Enterprise Agreement.
