Process fortnightly payroll and maintain accurate employee records Manage payroll system updates, including new starters, terminations, and changes Conduct end-of-month payroll reporting and reconciliations Interpret and apply relevant legislation Liaise with HR, Finance, and external salary packaging providers Process invoices and client reimbursements through internal systems Maintain payroll policies, procedures, and confidentiality The Successful Applicant Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience with payroll systems Ability to work collaboratively and manage competing priorities What's on Offer9-day fortnight - enjoy a long weekend every second week Generous salary packaging - increase your take-home pay Supportive and inclusive team culture Professional development in a growing organisation
