Lead Educator Role

As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative early learning programs that foster bravery, curiosity, and imagination in children.

The successful candidate will work closely with fellow Educators and Centre Leadership to create a safe and secure environment for all. They will build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain relationships with children, families, and centre community
    • Lead and guide teams in implementing early learning programs reflective of current best practice
    • Document and share children's learning and development with families
    • Contribute to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum

Requirements:

  • Certificate III and/or Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards)
  • Prior experience in long day-care
  • Sound knowledge of the NQF and EYLF
  • Current Working with Children's Check
