Early Learning Program Manager

As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing curriculum programs for children aged 0-5 years
  • Collaborating with educators to develop and evaluate teaching practices
  • Mentoring colleagues to ensure high standards of curriculum and documentation
  • Engaging children through activities and experiences tailored to their age groups and stages of development
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with families and the broader community

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelor qualification approved by ACECQA
  • Current Working with Children's Check
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
