- Analytics & Testing: Implement a robust testing framework to optimise conversion rates at every stage of the funnel.
- User Experience: Collaborate with Product and Design teams to streamline the user journey, reducing friction and enhancing the onboarding experience.
- Market Expansion: Develop strategies for entering new markets (Asia, UK, Middle East) and adapting our approach for different medical specialties.
- SEO Strategy: Build and execute an SEO strategy increasing organic traffic and brand visibility.
- Marketing Automation: Design and implement marketing automation systems nurturing leads who don't receive direct sales contact.
