Lead Restaurant Team to Success

Grill'd is seeking a dynamic leader to drive engagement and results with their team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 20-50 legends, handling rostering, recruitment, stock, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive engagement and results with your team
  • Handle rostering, recruitment, stock, and compliance
  • Help your team thrive with check-ins, performance reviews, and development plans
  • Manage profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs to keep the Restaurant running smoothly
  • Run our Local Matters program to support and engage local groups
