**Our Client**

Backed by one of the most recognised and awarded Real Estate brands in Australia our client is boutique in size and located on Sydney’s stunning Northern Beaches.

**Duties**:
Working with the Senior Property Manager to manage a portfolio of 200 properties you will assist with:

- Leasing of rental properties & conducting open homes
- Communication with tenants, landlords
- Coordinate repairs and liaising with tradies
- Inspections including ingoings, routines & outgoings

**Specific requirements**:

- Minimum 1 years’ experience
- Current Certificate of Registration + Drivers license and motor vehicle
- Professional presentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills, PropertyTree preferred
