Lead Developer of Solution Architecture

Unlock new possibilities by creating innovative system designs, providing expert technical assistance, crafting precise layout drawings and 3D visualizations, as well as project estimates and proposal preparation. As a key member of the engineering team, you will work closely with cross-functional groups to drive technology strategy and implement solutions that meet business needs.

About This Role:
  • Deliver solution architectures, layouts, estimating, and sales support
  • Develop competitive designs and pricing strategies
  • Review proposed designs & costs
  • Collaborate in proposal/tender submissions
  • Ensure seamless handover of contracts to delivery teams
  • Monitor design and cost erosion on completed projects
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance and support
What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field
  • Significant experience in solution and system design within logistics industry
  • Proficiency in AutoCad or other design/drawing tools
  • Ability to learn internal Maestro design and drawing package including 3D's
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel)
