We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Office Attendant at NRMA Treasure Island Holiday Resort.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a warm welcome to our resort.
  • Efficiently manage front office operations, including check-in and check-out processes.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with all accommodation offerings and services to provide accurate information to guests.
Requirements:
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Well-presented, friendly, and welcoming demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front office or reception role.
  • Proficiency in Park Management systems, such as Newbook and/or RMS, is highly regarded.
