Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Office Attendant at NRMA Treasure Island Holiday Resort. As a key member of our Guest Services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient check-in and check-out processes, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, responding to guest inquiries and providing information on resort facilities and services.
  • Work collaboratively with the Front Office team to achieve excellent guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in Guest Services and Front Office operations.
