Client Success Specialist

Overview:

The Client Success Specialist role is crucial in managing large Enterprise PKI, IOT and TLS clients. The primary point of contact builds and maintains strong relationships through proactive communication, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams.

Clients receive a higher level of support with faster response times, proactive service updates, and escalation to ensure appropriate service levels and timeliness.

This includes:

  • Understanding and articulating customer business objectives and the impact of our solutions
  • Recommending additional security features to increase security posture
  • Developing and managing strong relationships with internal personnel
  • Presenting customer business reviews to executive stakeholders
  • Monitoring service renewals and expirations
  • Communicating upcoming changes that may impact services
  • Providing expert escalation management techniques
  • Managing customer lifecycle to meet business goals
  • Driving high customer satisfaction
