Home Health Physiotherapy Specialist

A Home Health Physiotherapy Specialist is required to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals.
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified physiotherapist to work in Community Aged Care on a Part-Time permanent basis.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical and functional abilities.
- Develop and deliver individualised or group treatment plans based on clients' needs, goals, and preferences.
- Implement evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to address mobility issues, pain management, and other age-related conditions.
- Maintain, prepare and support precise records, exercise sheets, assessment reports and progress notes that accurately reflect clients' physical function.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
- Engage with clients and their families in a positive and respectful manner.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor or Post Graduate Degree in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience with multidisciplinary team working.
- Effective time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
