Job Title: Application Support Lead

 

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Lead to take on a technical leadership role within our organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the provision of expert application support and guidance to stakeholders, ensuring seamless operation of core business applications.
  • Manage the full software lifecycle: analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Provide technical expertise and service delivery management for vendors.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical and operational documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement and promote service management best practices.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing complex application lifecycles.
  • Hands-on technical expertise with SQL,.NET, and distributed systems.
  • A strong track record of vendor collaboration and service delivery oversight.
  • Knowledge of enterprise service management tools and practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Must be based in Darwin, NT.
  • Full Australian working rights required.
