About the Role

As a clinical expert, you will play a pivotal role in supporting orthopaedic surgeons with Stryker's Mako system. This position requires a high level of clinical knowledge and technical acumen, along with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

You will be the primary expert for the Mako system, providing real-time support during procedures and collaborating closely with surgical teams to optimise patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the theatre expert for Mako-assisted procedures, offering technical and clinical guidance to surgeons and theatre staff.
  • Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal use of the Mako robotic platform during joint replacement surgeries.
  • Conduct pre-operative CT-based planning and segmentation to assist in surgical case preparation.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge in orthopaedic surgical techniques, anatomy, and robotic technology.
  • Provide ongoing training and clinical support to hospital staff and surgical teams.
  • Travel across Sydney and surrounding areas to support multiple hospital sites.
