About the Role

This is a Senior Project Manager position that has been created due to the growth of the business. As a key member of the Talent Butler team, you will take ownership of projects across build-to-rent, multi-residential, social infrastructure, or hospitality, depending on your experience and portfolio aspirations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take projects from concept through to handover, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with quality considerations met.
  • Work with a range of stakeholders, including high net-worth clients, institutional organisations, and suppliers and contractors.
  • Mentor and upskill those around you in a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working as a Senior Project Manager in a client-side capacity or as a Project Manager looking after your own projects and ready to take the step up to a Senior title.
  • Exposure to new build projects is ideal, including multi-residential, commercial, aged care, and social housing.
