Job Overview

We are seeking an expert in workforce development to design and deliver impactful learning initiatives.

This role involves creating exceptional training experiences and driving professional growth for our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop learning solutions aligned with organisational goals and business strategies.
  • Apply adult learning methodologies to deliver synchronous & asynchronous learning initiatives.
  • Create flexible learning solutions to meet diverse needs of the organisation.
  • Conduct Learning Needs Analyses (LNAs) to identify gaps in skill/knowledge requirements.
  • Presentation preparation, reporting, and project documentation for stakeholders.
  • Data analysis for employee learning data evaluation.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in adult education or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of workplace learning theories and instructional design models.
  • Proven skills in instructional design and development of learning experiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital technologies and project management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
