About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin, Australia. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

\
  • \
  • Maintain building, equipment, and facilities to ensure five-star standards and adherence to environmental standards and regulations.\
  • Perform preventative and reactive maintenance tasks, including light globe replacement, TV repairs, and drain unblocking.\
  • Assist tradespeople with capital works as needed.\
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.\
  • Contribute to improving property methods and standards.\

Requirements

\
  • \
  • Proven experience in a general trades or maintenance role.\
  • Knowledge of engineering building systems, Work Health & Safety, and legal compliance regulations.\
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently.\
  • Experience in a hotel or 5-star customer service environment is preferred.\
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.\

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including:

$85,000 - $105,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
