About the Job

We are seeking an exceptional Technical Lead to oversee our Warehouse Management System (WMS) project. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leading Application Development and Support projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
  • Preparing and helping the team prepare the design, with a deep understanding of the project architecture.
  • Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
  • Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
  • Planning mitigation actions for identified project risks.
  • Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
  • Collaborating with the team to identify and fix technical problems.
  • Conducting audits to identify areas of improvement.
  • Fulfilling all commitments by timely delivering the deliverables.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

  • Overall experience of 8+ years.
  • Ability to make fast and informed decisions.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Provide training and coaching to development teams.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent team player and leadership abilities.
  • Good time-management skills.
