Job Title: Principal HSE Systems

The successful candidate will provide governance and technical expertise in the use of HSE systems, ensuring their proper functioning and improvement.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Sharing knowledge and aligning practices with peer RAS roles
  • Representing RAS capabilities and mandate through stakeholder management
  • Maintaining compliance and managing risks related to applicable HSE requirements
  • Identifying, engaging, and managing diverse internal and external stakeholders

Requirements for this position include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in health/safety/environment, technology, information management, science, engineering or other suitable qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and experience in IT systems project planning, management, execution, and delivery
  • Demonstrated success in delivering system improvements as a functional specialist, including leading and embedding change
  • Ability to engage and influence diverse teams at multiple levels in the organisation
