Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute merchandise and assortment strategies across various categories.
  • Oversee sales forecasting and budgeting to drive revenue and profit growth.
  • Analyse product performance and trends to inform buying and stock decisions.
  • Coordinate inventory levels and replenishment to ensure product availability.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance and improve the product range.
The Ideal Candidate
What We're Looking For:
  • A degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and strong communication skills.
  • Experience in leveraging commercial insights to support informed buying decisions.
  • Solid understanding of the retail landscape.
  • A strategic and innovative mindset.
