Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage merchandise and assortment strategies across different categories.
  • Handle sales forecasting and budgeting to support revenue and profit goals.
  • Analyse product performance and trends to guide buying and stock decisions.
  • Coordinate inventory levels and replenishment to ensure product availability.
  • Spot opportunities to grow and improve the product range.
The Successful Applicant
What We're Looking For:
  • A degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and strong communication skills.
  • Experience in leveraging commercial insights to support and inform buying decisions.
  • Solid understanding of the retail industry.
  • A strategic and innovative mindset.

  • A salary ranging between $90,000 to $110,000 plus superannuation.
  • A fixed-term contract with potential for extension.
