Job Overview

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in engineering, operations management, and technology to drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the Quality Management System and ensure its effective implementation across the organization
  • Maintain, monitor and report on quality, schedule, and cost performance to all stakeholders
  • Utilize CNC programming skills to develop efficient programs for mill and lathe applications
  • Interpret Geometric Dimension & Tolerance (GD&T) data
  • Create/modify detailed work instructions and other shop floor documentation to support production needs
  • Develop comprehensive processing and quality assurance plans for product lines
  • Investigate and perform Root Cause analysis of component non-conformances and implement corrective action
  • Support continuous improvement through creation of work instructions, optimizing CAM programs, and developing new work holding/tooling methods
  • Communicate effectively with operators, support staff, and leadership
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Mastercam programming / manufacturing engineering and quality assurance experience in an accredited environment
  • BS or AS degree with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a related field, or a minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar technical role with no degree
  • Established background in Mastercam programming
  • Openness to learning and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work product
  • Ability to apply critical thinking to problem solving
  • Experience with Catia is a plus
