Job Title:

Cloud Business Executive

Key Responsibilities:
  • To leverage Microsoft's strategic objectives and translate them into actionable business plans to maximize revenue.
  • Provide clear guidance to sales, marketing, and pre-sales teams on how to successfully collaborate with Microsoft.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to manage performance based on Key Performance Indicators.
  • Conduct forward-looking quarterly business reviews and operational interlocks with vendors.
  • Develop innovative strategies to drive sales growth and expand market share.
  • Engage with global teams to bring cutting-edge solutions to Australia and New Zealand.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft and key partners.
  • Lead a team of cloud technologies while fostering an overarching relationship with Microsoft.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree qualification preferred.
  • Minimum High School certificate.
  • Diploma in IT or Cloud/related field highly regarded.
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in IT distribution as Channel Sales Manager or high-performing outbound Business Development Manager with customer service orientation.
  • Proven coaching and mentoring experience, providing leadership and guidance.
  • Understanding of managing vendor-level financials with finance support.
  • Relevant vendor product sales certifications.
  • Strong understanding of the channel business and existing reseller partner relationships in Australia or New Zealand.
