About the Role

This is a leadership position that oversees the design, delivery, and evaluation of cost-efficient, innovative, and high-quality service delivery across the region.

As a Manager of a team of managers, you will provide strong leadership and develop, implement, and maintain best practice service delivery for people with disability.

Critical to this role is the ability to foster and maintain collaborative working relationships while ensuring that all operational and legislative requirements are met.

About You

We are looking for a driven and dynamic individual who is passionate about supporting people with disability.

This role will see you work on both operational and strategic activities where you will have real impact to influence outcomes and drive an effective service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Disability and/or Health/Community leadership
  • Operational management of a large and diverse team
  • Driving person-centred practices within service delivery
  • Financial management and financial analysis
  • Identifying and managing risks within a complex service delivery environment
  • Change leadership within a large organisation
  • Developing partnerships with stakeholders
  • Achieving outcomes through others
