Job Description:

A driven and results-oriented Senior Retail Operations Manager is required to lead our retail team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in coaching and mentoring teams, with a passion for teamwork and ability to motivate and encourage others.

About the Role:

  • Motivate your team to achieve their monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Inspire, coach, and develop all team members to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Conduct weekly meetings to discuss team performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with area managers on training and recruitment to ensure the store's success
  • Take ownership of the store's financial performance and make data-driven decisions to drive growth
  • Ensure the store maintains high visual merchandising standards
