At the forefront of infrastructure development, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team in delivering electrical projects.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing construction processes, coordinating with workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

About the Role:

We are looking for an Electrical Supervisor to oversee and manage the construction process on site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure projects are delivered efficiently, effectively, and safely.
  • Manage and resolve conflicts between parties involved in the project.
  • Maintain accurate records of progress, costs, and quality control measures.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project expectations are met.
  • IDentify and address any issues or problems that arise during the construction process.
  • E nsure all works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and permits.
  • Manage the allocation of resources, including labour, materials, and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Experience delivering infrastructure projects in Australia, focusing on electrical systems.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Supervisor, managing multiple subcontractors and direct employees.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Able to work and integrate into a team.
  • Strong focus on health and safety.
