This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function for our Customer and Digital division. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the financial planning and analysis processes to support the division's short-term and long-term strategic and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to support business decision-making
  • Lead a team of financial analysts to provide high-quality financial analysis and insights to support business strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve financial performance
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections to support business planning
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business cases and investment decisions
  • Lead the development and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance
  • Oversee the provision of financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in financial modeling and analysis
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
