Job Title: Head of Financial Planning and Analysis - Customer and Digital

Virgin Australia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our Customer and Digital division. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving the financial planning and analysis function for our customer and digital business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to support business growth and profitability
  • Lead a team of financial analysts to provide high-quality financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business improvement initiatives and optimize financial performance
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business planning and decision-making
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior leaders and business stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Economics, Finance or similar
  • Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in financial modeling and analysis
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and business stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
