Head of Financial Planning and Analysis

We are seeking an experienced Head of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our Customer Division. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the financial planning and analysis function to support the division's strategic and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to support business decision-making
- Lead a team of financial analysts to provide high-quality financial analysis and insights to the business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve financial performance
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning and decision-making
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business cases and investment decisions
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve financial processes and systems
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and finance teams
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in financial modeling and analysis
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of financial analysts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to think strategically and provide high-quality financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement opportunities to improve financial processes and systems
