
Account Growth Strategist

The Client Partner will lead efforts to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue and deliver exceptional value to our clients.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on relationship management to tailor solutions for each client's unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to grow major account relationships and meet personal and team sales targets.
- Drive revenue through Print & Digital channels by identifying market opportunities and developing innovative sales approaches.
- Lead client meetings and presentations, communicating the value proposition of our solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
- Create compelling proposals aligned with client goals and benefits of our offering.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to drive data-driven decision making.
- Two years of experience in account management or sales in publishing or agency environments.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust and endure relationships.
- Strong analytical abilities; able to use data to inform strategy and decisions.
- Experience conducting needs assessments, developing customized solutions, and delivering persuasive sales presentations.
- Demonstrated experience managing large and complex client accounts, including relationship building, contract negotiation, and growth strategies.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and developing innovative sales strategies.
- Deep understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop comprehensive account plans.
- Experience in designing custom solutions tailored to client needs.
