Veolia is seeking a highly skilled National Operations Manager to lead our Energy Solutions team. Based in Springfield, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational contracts and ensuring Veolia exceeds customer service expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Contract Managers and their operational staff.
  • Manage operational contracts to achieve contractual KPIs and customer satisfaction.
  • Accountability for profitability and budget targets for all operational contracts.
  • Provide leadership, performance management, and development for the extended team.
  • Represent Veolia professionally and maintain customer relationships.
  • Lead the Energy team's safety and compliance effort.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership credentials and experience in business management.
  • Extensive experience in contract management and building services or technical engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Previous experience managing a P&L and strong commercial acumen.
